Nanna Øland Fabricius, or as the world knows her, Oh Land, is probably the biggest new star to come from Denmark. The Copenhagen singer has been reciving lots of hype this past months, including a series of VEVO videos and many music sites appearences. I like to say I knew her before all this hype happened and I regret not including her on the MDS Sound of 2011 when I spotted her! A former ballet dancer, which  is a really  a big influence for her music, Oh Land has released two albums to date. A small independent album titled Fauna, and her major eponymous debut, which was released on March 14, 2011 by Epic. With her quirky, almost shy voice, she has created a really unique sound which is a great addition to any music library. Her best song to date is probably "White Nights" which not only feature incrediblly sweet vocals but also amazing lyrics, and that happens throughout her entire album. You may wonder why I kept her for last, well, best for last, right?

First Look Video - Kate Middleton's Wedding Dress

Kate Middleton’s dress was looking good and fantastic and everyone said it timeless, elegant, stunning, and a triumph. As rumors it designed by Sarah Burton at Alexander McQueen, was true.

The Prince William and Kate Middleton were married in London’s historic Westminster Abbey on Friday, April 29, 2011 in the biggest royal wedding for 30 years history.

Prince William’s new bride Kate’s wedding gorgeous dress, which perfectly hugged her frame and became an iconic garment. The Wedding dress was modern and the veil is long and sheer. Hand embroidered flowers with ivory silk and soft layers looking extraordinary in veil.

Watch here Kate Middleton's Wedding Dress’ first look video.

UPDATE: Jessica Mougin was cut! Sway was on the B2 with her.

Two of the girls found themeselves on the B2 last week. Tania Christopher and Jessica Mougin were announced to had recived the least amounts of votes. Following a judges votation, where Ed refused to vote for any of his acts ala Cheryl Cole, the three remaining judges decided to eliminate diva belter Tania. Tonight, the final night perform songs with a dance twist, well, that's what I understand from the theme "Dancing Queen". Gosh, I hoped they do it easier! Who will be the next dance godess? ... It's time to face the music!

Comments, videos and ratings AFTER THE JUMP ....

0909-1301. Of sms SWAY naar 3131 "Touch Me There" (Total Touch) - 5/10 - Ouch ... this is their worst performance to date! Not even one of them is on tune, this is such a trainwreck. Disco is definitely a horrible theme in any talent show but this is so off! And this is also a horrible song choice. Really Angela? As one friend said: "Singing is not what's happening here. More like the most awkward stage show ever." - VIDEO

Mark: 3/10 - Taken in a different context, this might have been appreciated as a parody of the XF itself. Semi-competent singers butchering various campy tunes, poorly arranged, behind an absurd neon flashing background. Asides from the fact that none of the singing was in tune, the poor choreography and terrible stage presence did absolutely made this look like a third-tier Vegas act at best.

Ed Ruyer

0909-1302. Of sms ED naar 3131 "Whole Lotta Rosie" (AC/DC) - 6,5/10 - I appreciate the fact that he's trying to do something different but this isn't for him. Hasn't Stacey realized that Ed is amazing just with a piano and a sort of slow song. I'd have actually prefered this song rearrenged to be performed like that. Well, of course it wasn't. It's shouty, screechy and his potenital isn't shown on this one. I was expecting better from him. - VIDEO

Mark: 4/10 - So I'm not sure how to evaluate this performance, in all honesty, mostly because I don't really know how much he's in on the joke. On the one hand, I'd take all of the setting and just assume it was an elaborate, self-referential parody of one's inability to do rock and roll, playing off of ridiculous stereotypes like a good karaoke performer. On the other hand, I then remember I'm watching X-Factor. So it might just be sheer stupidity on the part of everyone.

Rolf Wienk

0909-1303. Of sms ROLF naar 3131 "Feeling Good" (Michael Bublé) - 8/10 - When this song is sang like this, it usually wins me. And like this I mean dark and emotional. Patricia did that on the Danish XF and now Rolf has done it here. And it definitely won me. I felt his emotion and what the song was trying to transmit. However, this arrengment wasn't too good, well, his phrasing actually. And what the f#*k was going on with that lighting? - VIDEO

Mark: 7/10 - So... Rolf (whose name looks way too much like rofl) is vaguely pretty. (Though not half as much as the French X-Factor guy, Raphael). I loved how dark the beginning was aesthetically, but it didn't really make sense with the song. That said, the extravagantly colorful change to the chorus was wholly unnecessary. And while the singing was usually competent, there were some definite issues in regards to key and phrasing.

Jessica Mougin

0909-1304. Of sms JESSICA naar 3131 "Unwritten" (Natasha Bedingfield) - 7/10 - I'm liking this semi acoustic performance of the song. I usually like Jessica's voice and I remember I said some times she was one of my faves. Having said that, her appearence on the B2 last week really played against her. Her vocal abilities have almost dissapeared, like if Tania had stolen them when she was cut. There are some pronunciation issues and some notes are off. But I still semi like this, partly because I'm biased with her.  - VIDEO

Mark: 6/10 - Natasha Beddingfield's "Unwritten" is actually a really nice song in this context; it's a lightweight, existential in pose though not in content, and not very demanding. In other words, it should be a great anthem for a congenial, comely contestand on a show like this. But that doesn't excuse the sloppy singing, which was just hard to listen to. Unfortunate.

0909-1305. Of sms SIMRAN naar 3131 "Respect"/"Think" (Aretha Franklin) - 8/10 - Much better than last week bad taste colourful trainwreck. The Sim'Ran we met at the auditions is back! Really nice harmonies and an amazing raspy tone from Lysa! The coreo wasn't bad, it was ok actually but I feel they needed a little more power, it felt a little bland. But still, a great improvement! - VIDEO

Mark: 7/10 - As an idea, a well-constructed and rehearesed RnB girl group singing soul classics seems at once somewhat overdone and yet compelling enough to be interesting. And while I think they looked great, ultimately they appeared lightweight, both because of the choreography and singing. Still, there's some promise there, if only because they seemed spirited and energetic.

Pyke Pos

0909-1306. Of sms PYKE naar 3131 "...Baby One More Time" (Britney Spears) - 8/10 - I remember some XF winner doing a similar cover of a Britney's song. Who was it? This is really nice. He's keeping his jazzy side and is doing a really emotional tackle of this song. A little too slow and not with too much vocal intensity but I liked this Pyke side. It was really pleasant. And with pleasant I mean it was just goof for me.   - VIDEO

Mark: 7/10 - "...Baby One More Time" is the de facto choice for the ironic covers, so I can't say I was thrilled to hear it rear its ugly head again. And while I am not opposed at all to finding originality in a stripped down arrangement, I found little to remark upon in a vocal that was at once too earnest and yet not believable. Honestly, this was one of those times the singer was outdone by the piano player.

Rochelle Perts

0909-1307. Of sms ROCHELLE naar 3131 "Upgrade" (Beyoncé)/"Rude Boy" (Rihanna)9/10 - Yes girl! You're definitely getting your rappy mojo back! Lots of swagger going on here! And really sexy dance moves. The song choice isn't really great but the arrengment really works. I'm loving this Rochelle. I so want more of this!  - VIDEO

Mark: 8/10 - I know there have been competent rappers on XF shows before (well, at least the UK version); still, Rochelle is far more convincing on the stage than any similar act. I can't say that her flow is particularly remarkable in any way, or that her singing is anything memorable. But she has a keen sense of sexuality, which serves her well here.

Tim Suyderhoud

0909-1308. Of sms TIM naar 3131 "Somebody To Love" (Justin Bieber) - 4/10 - To start with. Justin Bieber? Is there any other more pukable singer on Earth? Well, Tim is either following fetus steps or he's trying to kill one of his songs. What in hell is happening on that stage?! Wow! This was disgusting. - VIDEO

Mark: 4/10 - There are few things less attractive than an out-of-his-depth teenager attempting to play the role of the Justin Bieber. Frankly, it's worse when he gives a vocal on a Bieber original that compares unfavorably with the original. Worse, he doesn't have any real swagger or danger, making even the miniscule Bieber seem comparatively dangerous. Frankly, there isn't any reason to introduce an act like this on the poor universe, save sheer commerical reasoning.

0909-1309. Of sms ADLICIOUS naar 3131 "Bohemian Rhapsody" (Queen) - 10/10 - Everyone knows they are my favourite right now and I want them to win this. Sick vocals from this three! There's not much to say. They are amazing and always do a great work with their performances. This isn't an exception.  I loved the the Galileo part of the song, that piece of lyrics is insanely good. They got an standing ovation, and I should give them one too! - VIDEO

Mark: 7/10 -  I can see why this performance might be recieved well. Taking Queen's most iconic song and delivering it behind dramatic lighting looks cool. That said, I'm not a fan of this performance; frankly, bombast was in plenty, but there was little in the way of pathos. I was unmoved and bored.

Simon Cowell's broader, more inclusive version of American Idol, "The X Factor" is scheduled to premiere in September on FOX. Yesterday, several media outlets reported that British X-Factor judge Cheryl Cole would be hosting the show, however, it's been confirmed that she will act as judge alongside former AI panel member Paula Abdul and producer LA Reid.

Corbin Bleu is said to be the in the running to present Simon Cowell’s new The X Factor USA series.

The High School Musical actor, 22, has reportedly wowed the music mogul in recent screen tests and insiders say he will join forces with Nicole Scherzinger to front the new reality TV series.

A source told The Sun: “Simon said he wants two presenters, a boy and a girl.

“He’s got his heart set on giving Nicole a job so he’s been looking at a feisty male sidekick – and Corbin fits the bill.

Jennifer Hudson has revealed that she would consider being a guest judge on The X Factor USA.

The singer and actress, who came to prominence on American Idol in 2004, said that she would find it difficult to be part of the permanent judging panel on the Simon Cowell-fronted talent show, but is keen to make a guest appearance.

In an interview with Digital Spy, she confessed: "I would like to make a cameo rather than be a permanent judge. I was once in those people's shoes, and unlike Simon, I'd find it hard to tell people the truth!

"To be there and give some encouragement as a one-off would be nice."

Discussing the programme, which is due to start airing this September, she said: "I'm excited, I can't wait to see it! I'm interested to see how extending the age range will affect the show and I think it is great that it's not just for kids now.

"I want to see what Simon's got up his sleeve for this show, and how it's going to compete with American Idol. I guess we'll be finding out soon enough!"

Earlier this month, Fox announced it had set up "X Factor" audition booths in select cities across the country, partnering with a company that allows mall-goers to create their own music videos. (My Studio does not yet have a booth in Pittsburgh yet but it plans to expand in the years ahead.)

While visiting family, I decided to check out the booth at Coolsprings Galleria, a suburban mall that's a 20-minute drive south of downtown Nashville. I stopped by on a Monday afternoon and unlike the hordes who descend on "American Idol" auditions, only five people had auditioned for "The X Factor" that day and about 150 people had auditioned since the booth opened in mid-April.

That's not too surprising. Although Fox has started to flood the airwaves with "X Factor" promos (the singing competition show debuts this fall and Paula Abdul will be a judge alongside executive producer Simon Cowell), until a program is on the air, it's not going to catch fire the way an existing show does. Also, there's something less appealing about recording an audition in a booth as opposed to the prospect of being seen by a real person after standing in line with other hopefuls.

Simon Cowell said in a recent teleconference that in-person auditions are going better than expected.

"We started off in L.A. and it was just under 20,000 actually turned up and everyone was seen," Cowell said. "The latest count from Miami is it’s around 8,000 to 10,000 are expected. The word’s got out; the numbers are up. Apparently, the producers are very, very happy with what they’ve seen so far in Los Angeles and we’re getting the right message out."

Cowell said he became aware of the My Studio booths a year ago.

"The idea was that we could only go into so many cities to do the open auditions. When we spoke to Fox and we spoke to Pepsi, they wanted to get a further reach," he said. "It’s like doing an audition in front of the producers or the guys in the record label as an open audition. They’re officially branded X Factor Audition tapes and they’ll be sent to the producers and everyone, effectively, will be auditioned by a producer. The whole idea of the show was that we’ve invited the whole of America to audition and this is just another attempt to get the reach out, really."

Cowell's advice for anyone auditioning in-person or via a My Studio booth is the same.

"Don’t turn up and do a typical talent show audition," he said. "If you’re 16, sing like a 16-year-old. If you’re 12, try and appeal to 12-year-olds. What we used to see a lot of is people prepared to audition by their moms and dads and we said to everyone from the age of 12 to 18, 'Seriously, don’t listen to your parents.' Everything’s available on YouTube now or on the Internet. All the clues are out there. Look at what’s happening in the charts at the moment and you’ve got to speak or sing, literally, with your own voice."

(Speaking of "Voice," yet another singing competition series, "The Voice," debuted last night on NBC, but it began opposite a 90-minute "Glee" on Fox, which probably depressed viewer turnout.)

"Try and be original. Try and stand out," Cowell continued. "Try and do a song or a version of a song no one’s heard before and don’t be afraid to be different now. I mean, we’ve got to be much more open-minded in terms of what we’re looking for. The whole idea of the show is you find the winner and it launches a career, which is going to last for a long time and hopefully, you sell records all over the world. Otherwise, this whole exercise has been a complete waste of time."

Cheryl Cole 'won't change accent for US'
Cheryl Cole's strong accent has reportedly helped her clinch a deal to appear on The X Factor USA.

Reports had suggested that Cole's Newcastle accent was a cause of concern for Fox executives. However, a close friend of the 'Promise This' star has denied that she would change the way she speaks.

"Cheryl's not going to change her accent and they don't want her to," the source told the Daily Mail. "The Americans want her to have her accent.

"The Americans have always been fan of the different British accents. They love them."

Cowell has claimed that Fox was "desperate" to sign Cole - allegedly set to earn £1.5 million ($2.5m) as a judge - for the show.

UPDATE:  Cécile Couderc is cut! Sarah Manesse was B2, voting went to deadlock.

After the best result show ever, in which we saw never-should-have-made-it-to-the-finals Twem being cut, the 11 finalists left battle once more for keeping their place in the competition. With another varied song list, the acts are raising their stakes to  impress the audience in order to gain their vote. Do they have yours? ... Is time to face the music!

Recap, ratings, judges comments and videos after the JUMP ...

Cécile Couderc

SMS 1 TO 72 600 Born This Way/Express Yourself (Lady Gaga/Madonna) - 5/10 - Boo at France for cutting her! Well, I totally get it now. That performance was a trainwreck. I mean, Lady Gaga? I get that you are like a disco godess but this was all over the place. I admit that she makes an effort though. The dancing was really good and the performance was fun, well if you muted it, cause her vocals were painful. I really liked her last week but this was not good. - VIDEO

S: X Factor needs you! Still, you played it safe and didn't step out from your comfort zone, you did the same thing than last week.
P: You're fun! I love it ! But you've performed in English twice, I trust that your mentor can find a french song for you.
D: It was a great way to start the show! Still, I felt you're stressed. If I had to give you a constructive advice, pay attention to lyrics and your pronunciation.
W: I'm a fan! Your performance was incredible! You can be a diva and still sing current songs.

Sarah Manesse

SMS 2 TO 72 600 À ma place (Zazie et Axel Bauer) - 9/10 - Wow Sarah! What a great performance! I must admit I wasn't sure about this at first but after some lines, she definitely won me over! The red leather suit, the electric guitar and her unique haunting vocals made this a quite remarkable performance! I love that someone as quirky as her can be on the show! I'm also loving how she's sounding in french, I think she should purse that a bit more. Great note at the end Sarah! You're my fave!- VIDEO

P: You are very beautiful but at the first show, I had some doubts about you, and I have them again tonight. I don't think the song suits you, I don't think this kind of rock works for you!
D: Bravo! I congratulate you because you'd played your guitar live. I see that you are too nervous, I would like to see you more comfortable, like at your first audition. I want you to relax and bring us something that is really you!
W: Superb performance! You sang well but yes, you're stressed! I want to hear Sarah, not who Olivier thinks Sarah is. I want to hear the real you.
S: This is was a risk , unlike  some of the other candidates, because this cover is different from the original. You have a  really distinctive voice and that's really nice.

Vincent Léoty

SMS 3 TO 72 600 Rêver (Mylène Farmer) - 8/10 - Too safe for Vincent I think. His voice is good, really acoustic soulful driven but he's keeping his performances too simple and isn't showing much power. I still like his singing, it has a nice raspy tone and he is still hitting some big notes which sound really good. I really like this performance actually. That ending was the bomb, full of emotion and a really pleasant high note. - VIDEO

S: A very beautiful vocal performance. You're a great singer! But at this stage, I prefer something less perfect but with a stronger personal touch. You don't leave your personal mark on your performances. You're singing is really old fashioned, like if this was a performance from 10 years ago!
P: I liked this performance more than last week's. A good song choice but I wasn't connected with you. I felt like an outsider.
D: I'll be honest, I didn't like it. But I believe in you and I think you can do much better than this!
W: Vincent,  I think you don't have a good coach! I would like to understand (to the other judges), you say he sings beautifully but you're also very critical and then say that you don't like him?!

2nde Nature

SMS 4 TO 72 600 Fan (Pascal Obispo) - 6,5/10 - Mmm .. I don't really know what to say about that. They definitely sound better in french than in english and they still look sorta cute. But that's all the good I've to say. They're still bringing the boring boyband vibe and their vocals aren't that good at all. The lead actually has a nice voice and falsetto but I believe he should be better going solo. The marching thing was wierd also, still not sure what was going on there. I still need to see some improvement here!- VIDEO

D: Wow! Congratulations for choosing that song. I believe in you and I hope you go far in this show. However, I think you need to work on the group's unity, you don't look like one.
W:  This is your best performance, I've seen lots of progress in you. It was beautiful, the harmonies were amazing. I loved it!
S: What a great song choice! It was much better than last week's! Though I think that you should give  a personality to your group, something that differentiates it from the other groups in the market..
P: I'm proud of you! It was vocally perfect. We are begining to see you as a great group. I count on you, people, to vote for them and allow them to continue!

Matthew Raymond-Barker

SMS 5 TO 72 600 Price Tag (Jessie J) - 8,5/10 - This is like the 5th cover of this song I've seen on an Idol/XF show this month, it's getting repetitve but I just can't get too much of this! Matthew is doing so much better! A major improvement. I'm liking him much more now. He's got that wierd phrasing and that raspy, like if he had his throat sore, tone. Plus he's bringing the attitude, so extra points for that! This could actually pay of for Matthew! - VIDEO

W: It was great! You looked really comfortable tonight! I would have liked a little  more risk-taking, you played it a bit safe.
S: There was some out of tune notes but overall, I had a good time, that was fun!.
P:  Great choreography! That was really cool! When are you going to sing in french though? That's the only thing wrong with you and I blame you for that. There is no risk involved in your performances.
D: Do you have  amnesia? Last week, Matthew sang a few lyrics in french .... I'm proud of you, I'm happy to be your coach and being able to work with you.

Maryvette Lair

SMS 6 TO 72 600 Bang Bang (Nancy Sinatra) - 10/10 - OMG Maryvette!! Can you get any better than this?! I would give you a 1000 points if possible! This is more than perfect. Amazing vocals, amazing attitude and a great arrengment. I can really see her winning this show and seeling lots of records in France. This is exactly the type of performer I was aiming to find here. An amazing jazz quirky singer with an incredible voice. I'm rooting her for the win. Vote for Maryvette!!! - VIDEO

S: Maryvette, you have created a real "universe" it was magical, wonderful. You have developed a great character, which I also believe is the real you ... However, be careful not to become too "intellectual".
P: That was amazing! You're not only beautiful but that performance blowed me away! If I was a producer  I'd sign a contract with you on the spot!
D: I love your theatrical side,  it's something really unique and personal. That was great! I liked it a lot.
W: One word: excellent! You are a true artist! It's an honor to work with an artist like you! Vote for her and at the end of the show, I'll marry her.

Bérénice Schleret

SMS 7 TO 72 600 I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For (U2) - 8/10 - I really liked Bérénice last week, I actually think she was one of the best of the night but tonight, something just seems off. She actually looks really scared. Plus her english isn't really good. I still love her tone and phrasing. That raspy tone is amazing. Still, I think that she should sing in french, she sounded so much better. This is good but her pronunciation isnt' too good. - VIDEO

P: Berenice, I am a U2 fan but I didn't like the way you performed that song. I don't like the Berenice I'm seeing today. And you look so terrified!
D: I like your voice but you didn't seem comfortable, I applaud the effort still. You rock!
W: I finally refound the Berenice I loved during auditions but yes, you did seem terrified! Olivier, I do not know what's happening with yours candidates, but they seem to be afraid! (Laughs)
S: We had anticipated this kind of criticism! Berenice, it was great! You are more comfortable when you sing in french but this is part of the game, to sing in english. There is still some work to do but you're magical, I cannot say the same for the other candidates!

SMS 8 TO 72 600 L’opportuniste (Jacques Dutronc) - 5,5/10 - Still don't like them but this is much better than last week's. They aren't shouty crazy at least. Their vocals are boring though, they've not an unique sound and aren't as quirky as they look. This is really boring indeed. I want them out, the sooner the better.- VIDEO

D: Good song choice! The voices are better and sound good but they still lack power. You need lot of work.
W: A good performance this week. You have modernized the song, you've made it current. The voices are good but this is really far away from the music I love.
S: That's much better! During the auditions you had a  distinctive voiceprint and you've lost it ! Henry, you know what rock is, you should explain those harmonies to me! This is not rock, this is closer to the popular dances!
P: I'm more familiar with rock than you Olivier.  In France, we need a group like yours! You have a real talent. We have moved up many steps!

Florian Giustiniani

SMS 9 TO 72 600 Io So Che Tu/Écris l'histoire (Davide Esposito/Grégory Lemarchal) - 7,5/10 - Oh an italian/french mash up? Interesting Florian! Really nice vocals. Although it may be a little impressive he's singing in two languages, the whole performance is boring and a bit cursi. I bet this is gaining a lot of tween votes for him but still, this isn't as good as last week. Florian needs not to bore us next week.  - VIDEO

W: We can see you are sick vocally (Florian has lost his voice)  but still, I'm not convinced by the song choice. You're too young to sing this kind of songs!
S: What a mess! What a bad song choice! You're young! Reallyt this isn't the path that you must continue.
P: A little compassion, please! It is not easy to sing when you're sick! You take a song that has the emotion but I want  that YOU  give emotion, not the song. I did not feel any emotion from your singing! Plus this song is crap!

Raphaël Herrerias

SMS 10 TO 72 600 SnM (Rihanna) - 10/10 - Wow man! You deserve a standing O for that! Incredible. Raphaël is definitely the best guy. He's not only cute but his also an amazing singer and does a really good work with the songs he's given. He's given this song the piano jazzy treatment and I must say this is better than the original. He shows lots of energy, almost jumping on that piano. Best guy so far.- VIDEO

W: I love it! Sublime interpretation! Amaizing song choice! Perfect!
S: You'll stay for a long time in the show! All the girls will vote for you! I liked you last week, I love you this week!
P: I wonder how you can have that presence while sitting on a stool! You sang very well!  Great song! You are a very talented artist!
D: BRAVO! It's incredible to have so much talent!

Marina D'Amico

SMS 11 TO 72 600 It's a Man's World (James Brown) - 10/10 - Pimp spot again for Marina? Something isn't right about that. About her voice, amazing once more. Marina really has the chops to nail every song! I hope she brings the quirky audition girl back but right now, this big note belter is really working for her. This song was another great peformance with really big notes at the end. Ok, she's my second fave gir or third maybe. Marina is undeniably talented, plus she can really deliver a great performance. - VIDEO

W: You took a risk by choosing this song! You're an artist who is blossoming!
